Croner currently focuses on interactions between natural processes and human intentions.  In the studio, she explores this directly by joining natural physical processes to traditional artistic techniques.  The natural processes take precedence, overcoming and softening evidence of human control and analysis.  These works include abstract pieces using graphite powders and solvents, two-handed kinetic paintings and drawings, and abstract paintings.
